VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) VITA offers free tax preparation to those of low- to moderate-income residing in Massachusetts. Certified volunteers help qualified individuals prepare basic tax returns.

VOC offers over 30 community programs in a wide variety of areas throughout Hampden County in Western Massachusetts.
