How to Pay Online

You can now make your child care payments online through Make a Payment! Tuition Express allows you to pay your bill through several options, making paying your tuition bill as easy as possible. You will have direct access to your account and can make payments online

Multiple payment options available:

  • Over the phone at 413-552-1559 x305
  • Pay at the check in station (for center based programs only)
  • Online by logging in using any computer or mobile device. Go to Make a Payment
  • Set up automatic reoccurring payments 


Bonus Features:

You can now access your tuition statements and payment history at any time. This means your receipts and tax information will be available at your fingertips! Interested in a paperless option? You can also have them emailed directly to you. All payments made through Tuition Express are instantly posted to your account! 


Instructions:

  1. To use Tuition Express, you must be enrolled with VOC and we must have your current email address.
  2. Once we have your email address and have entered it into our system, click the link for Make a Payment. 
  3. You will be instructed to enter your email address
  4. You will then be linked to your account where you can make a payment
