Volunteer
Are you interested in volunteering for one of VOC's programs? If so, we have a wide variety of options available to you! Interested in something not listed here? Just send us a message with the field you're interested in and someone will give you a call to discuss your options!
- High need for daytime volunteers
- Available between September and June
- Located in Chicopee
- Pre-service orientation and ongoing training will be provided
- Companions must be over 55 years old
- Must be willing to commit 5-40 hours per week
- Must meet federal income guideline
- Receive a criminal background check clearance
- Will receive a tax-free hourly stipend
- Will receive paid vacation and sick time
- Located throughout Chicopee and Holyoke
VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance)
- No experience necessary, all training will be provided
- This seasonal opportunity is typically available between January and April
- Daytime and evening hours are available
- Site locations in Chicopee and Holyoke
