- MASS ID
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
- PROOF IF INCOME
- Bi-weekly 4 Consecutive paystubs.
- Weekly 8 consecutive paystubs.
- Monthly 1 of each monthly income received.

Please be advised that the application will be considered incomplete and subsequently rejected if the required documents are not provided. It is crucial to ensure that all necessary documents are obtained in a timely manner.
Proof of Income
- 4 consecutive paystubs if you get paid bi-weekly, (for each job you may have)
- 8 consecutive paystubs if you get paid weekly (for each job you may have)
- 1 Monthly of each monthly income received
- SSI Letter: yours or any member of the family
- DTA Letter if you receive any assistance.
- Section 8: copy of voucher information page
- Child Support
- Unemployment
- Other
Rental History
5 years of rental history is required
Credit
A hard credit check will be executed. The combination of both rental history and credit will be considered by the Property Manager.
Identification
Photo IDs of everyone older than 18 years old.

- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
